We employed Merry Maids to clean our offices and were impressed by the services provided and by the friendly personnel. I have since begun using them at home as well and am equally pleased with the results!
Very thorough with the cleaning, I did have to ask to sweep up the bathroom. Ooh the first floor, If I would not of asked , the bathroom would of not been done. It was on the deep clean list.
They were getting ready to leave, and they said that it will be done in 5 minutes. The sink was never cleaned. I believe it was a new lady doing the downstairs.

None of the products overwhelm. I like the cinnamon. The glass cleaner is awesome.
They are excellent at letting you know when they are coming and making sure the day/time meets with your schedule. They will make changes if necessary.

Merry Maids does an excellent job. I Love the signature cinnamon smell when I walk back in my home after service is done! (ah, the little things!) Each time they clean they do a great job. They are always courteous and friendly and are exceptional at making my house sparkle. And they are very careful with covid precautions. They make having someone in our home (especially during Covid) very very comfortable. Thank you for always taking great care of our home.
Heather was terrific! She completed every item on our list without cutting any corners. Our place was spotless when she left. Her attention to detail without sacrificing her high level of efficiency is greatly appreciated!
My home is on My farm and I have dirt roads so sometimes it is difficult at certain times of the day to see all of the cobwebs the dusty baseboards the things up high seem to not be part of the vision span.
so if I had any suggestions besides going back and doing it myself is to look at everything that’s wood and know that there are cobwebs behind it and that the air return vents are fuzzy but for the most part , they mop the floor well they clean the bathrooms well but it’s those little things that bug me that keep me from giving you a 10.
they are ok,but your peole need new mops,you i harder for them too wk hhard with worn out equipement

The cost is reasonable. The products smell great. I like the scheduled reminders of service, and the consistency of the scheduled day, time and person coming to clean.
