I love the furniture polish and the cinnamon spray that they use. I appreciate them dusting the blinds, baseboards and doors each time they come and their willingness to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. Melissa does her best to be thorough and prompt.

I don't blame Michelle or Merry Maids. I know you will make it right. When a person passes a Criminal Background Check, it is only validation that up to that point in time they haven't committed a crime or been caught.

Your products seem to work well, but they all have such heavy scents and fumes that we had to quit using them. I now provide my own products, which is okay with me.Odor free and less chemical should certainly be something that a company as big as yours should be thinking about. More environmentally safe products.
