We were previous customers in Virginia and moved to South Carolina. Thought that Merry Maids was great in Virginia but the team that came on Monday was better than better. Every room was so very clean and there were little surprises in the bathroom (a rose on the toilet paper roll), Tissues folded in the master bedroom and the team even made friends with our large dog. She slept while they cleaned.

My home was very clean after the service left. I expected some kind of strong smell as a result of having used a professional, but I didn't notice anything. I'm very pleased and am so glad to have a wonderful service taking these chores off my plate.

Natural products. Staff are thorough and pleasant. Floors are vacuumed mopped and vacuumed again. Deep clean service is fabulous.

The service is great! We've had cleanings for a few years and the attention to detail makes it so fantastic. My husband and I have hectic business travel schedules and it's a real pleasure to come home to a clean house at the end of trip. I also appreciate how pet friendly the cleaners are. The cleaning process is so less stressful on the pets when the cleaners are friendly and patient. My cats tend to get under foot, but I know they aren't stressed during the cleaning.
The staff is also flexible. When one of us is working in our home office, the staff will work around us and start in other areas of the house. Great to have such a flexible crew! A true customer service success.
