Overall the service provided was great. It really helped out a lot to not have to worry about cleaning my home when getting off of work. The job done was very thorough. The reason I would not rate a 10 is that upon looking under my couches and my bed I still had toys from my child and trash. I am just going to assume they don't clean under the beds or couches.
