I have had many different agencies in my home since I've been ill. Senior Helpers made my recovery much more focused, they have help me through the darkest moments of my life. The professionalism of the staff from the schedulers to the caregivers have made my recovery the best it could be. I can call in with a problem and before that day pass they work it out. They treat people the way they should be treated like people. That's what I didn't find in other agencies.

Willingness to work with me. Roxy is great and I really miss Rose. The lady that took her place doesn’t seem as carring. She seems detached. Also when we were on the phone with me last time she wanted me to answer some questions. She want me to rate Roxy and Roxy was on the phone with me. She ask me to rate her. I think that was inappropriate. She was polite however.
