My contact person, Leslie Gernon, has been wonderful. Always responsive and often giving useful suggestions on how to address problems for the friend who has Alzheimer's Disease. We have not had a single problem with any of the caregivers who have come in. We are fortunate that our friend has not had an issue with the number of different caregivers that have been needed due to scheduling issues.

Our caregiver, Doreen, is consistent and reliable. She follows the care plan without prompting/reminders and demonstrates patience
and compassion in the care of my loved one.
I also appreciate the timely communications from the office regarding changes in Doreen’s schedule and the prompt assignment of substitutes. The regular visits have been helpful for updating the care plan. I appreciate the suggestions given during these conversations.

Emily will be leaving. Finding a replacement as enjoyable and competent as she is might be hard to do. I would be totally berefit if I have to lose Paola, also.

You always sent top quality people to me when I was with your service. Since you were no longer able to take clients from the office on aging I've had to go with a company who sends people who have stolen from me, people with prison records, people addicted to drugs.
