He's professional, friendly, and competent....as he has completed tasks with my husband, taken him to the Sr. Center to play pool, and encouraged him through simple bike exercise and light weight lifting....also at the Senior Center. Susan is always cheerful and so willing to work. Her main job each week is laundry—sometimes finding an available wash machine is a problem…but she does well going down to the second floor or over to the Tower and always finds what she needs. I am very grateful for her ability to get the job done!
