Your staff has been amazing with everything. I had been hesitant on whether or not I would start my girls in swim lessons. However, from the first lesson my girls have felt so comfort and love all their instructors. They constantly talk about them and are excited to attend their lessons all the time. Thank you for being safe, caring, constantly pushing them to get better, and praising the small achievements. We look forward to continuing with you. We are treated like family not a number.

Flexibility in the scheduling.
Super convenient and easy to use app, I just wish you could reuse a canceled makeup lesson - I feel like things can change dramatically day to day with children. Otherwise I think the classes are great.
All the instructors are amazing and patient. I love the consistency of the tadpole and minnows classes. It allows me to replicate them when we go to our neighborhood pool. My baby also knows what to expect for each class.
Everyone from the front desk to the instructors and in between are just phenomenal. Everyone is always in a happy friendly mood and genuinely love kids. They even make us parents very comfortable and chat with us. School is clean and instructors all rock!

My sons have learned swimming safety and basics, as well as become very comfortable in the water. We have overall been pleased with the coaching!
The customer service is unmatched! We've been having a lot of instructor changes recently, and I understand that there are a lot of young student coaches and they leave when they graduate. We did a Saturday morning make up and met Ashlyn and she is AMAZING! It ended up being a private lesson as no other kids were signed up, but my daughter really connected with her. That day, I asked someone at the front desk if I could make Ashlyn my daughter's permanent instructor, AND that we could find a close time for my other daughter's lesson. The person at the front desk (I never got her name) moved Eloise into a Friday class at 4:30 and Caitlyn got a 5pm with Ashlyn, too! The front desk person worked on it for a bit but she made it happen. I was/am so thankful that we get Ashlyn and don't have to come multiple days or wait long periods for another class. Each time I've asked for a similar request, the front desk is always so accommodating.
I wish more things were fixed/updated when the floors were updated. I get that things rust with water, but the place still looks dated and rusty. Overall, still a great experience, I love that the classes are staggered so there's always parking and constant movement. Less crowds of parents, too.
The instructors are great. I know it comes with the territory and other swim schools experience the same problem, but the turnover rate and consistency of instructors is pretty terrible. I don't know that there's anything to do to fix that, but it's worth mentioning. Otherwise everything is great, clean facilities and friendly instructors. Hannah is the best!
It is a great place to learn how to be comfortable with water and learn how to swim. My 2 kids are making such a great progress. We love aquatots!
Great staff that are always welcoming. Classes start and end on time. Love the online ease of scheduling. Only thing I wished was there were more larger changing rooms with baby changing tables. Often times we have to wait before and/or after class for one to open or for the bathroom to open.

Coach Z is really nice and my daughter loves her level 2 class. Amazing how far she's come in a few weeks of 30 min lessons
