The main reason I have scored this swim school a 10/10 is all the amazing people who make this place such a warm and welcoming enviroment starting with one of my daughters first swim coaches! Sylvie, has an amazing personality and gave my baby girl the confidance that she carries to this day in the water pushing her to do better while giving me great feedback to help her be better! She has then been passed down to coach Randy. Randy is another amazing coach who brings great energy to the water and is so encouraging with all the kids, And last but not least miss Melany always bring the joy to the end of every class with a full sheet of stickers and a smile, Also her jokes of the week are so creative and fun I always find myself laughing at them. I would 100% reccomend this swim school to anyone I know who had children.

The instructors are very well trained and are especially good at working with children. I feel that my children are safe at all times when they’re in the pool at aqua tots and with the instructors.
It is well organized. We feel very connected. Teachers are amazing.

We have been members for about a month now. I have my 3 year old and 4 year old daughters signed up for lessons twice a week. The amount they have learned is incredible and the environment/teachers are so fun and welcoming. My girls would come every day if they could! The cost is a little higher than other places, but honestly the quality is unmatched for such an essential life skill to have. I cannot recommend this location of Aqua-Tots more! :)
The staff !!!!! All of them are amazing, we feel like at home, so kind sweet, helpful, we love all the girls , the whole place is clean, they are very professional, the flexibility, I would give them 100 starts if I could!
We have had the same swim instructor for the past year. I like the consistency and calibar of teaching that we get from our instructor.
I just wanted to share what made your program so special for us—our instructor, Will was absolutely incredible with my son: kind, caring, supportive, and so encouraging. He truly went above and beyond, and it made all the difference. Honestly, he’s just the best!

When our son was 6 months old, our friends told us that Aquatots was the best money they had ever spent on their daughter. We immediately enrolled our son into classes at our local Aquatots, which was in Ft. Worth at the time. Over the course of a year, we watched him go from absolutely hating the water to loving being in the pool. When we moved to NW Austin, it was wonderful to be able to transfer to the Cedar Park Aquatots with ease! While the current franchise facilities are not quite as nice as our previous Aquatots, the staff more than makes up for it! We LOVE the staff at the Cedar Park location, with my son taking a particular liking to Coach Jersie. Her skill level is evident from the moment you get in the pool, and I've seen my son make large gains in his swimming skills in a short period of time under her direction. We now find ourselves telling other friends that Aquatots was the best money we have spent on our son!

Jon is so amazing, he truly is patient and the perfect balance of letting them make their own choices and guiding them to make the right ones. (for example my kiddo launching her self into the water when it's not her turn, he lets her figure it our and steps in at the precise moment he needs too for her to learn)

Created a extra class so that both my daughters could learn to swim that same time. You followed up on my last bad NPS survey and really turned things around. The girls love their coaches and ms Mary Jo. You are doing a good job over there keep it up!
Mission staff is so attentive. The manager is always working beyond to make schedules work for parents/children . Thank you . Swim team instructors are always using their time to teach the children. No wasted time.
I really appreciate their patience and experience working with children. I know sometimes it’s hard to keep toddlers focused and listening and the instructors do it really well.

Gosh, my boys have been taking class for awhile now and I’m super excited to say how wonderful each of the staff has been- our experience is overall above and beyond. Not only that, but my boys have been thriving with their swimming skills, I want to shout out to coach Gabby and Monica especially, for working so hard and building deeper relationships with the students. Their passion shows!!
Because I haven't had any complaints lately.
