I think the instructors are great at helping and even teaching the parents. It's also fun for me as a mom with a baby and gives me something else to do with her during the day. Its helping me feel more comfortable as my parents have a pool as well. Ill feel more comfortable getting her in for short amounts of time here and there.

Our coach Naisha. My son was very apprehensive to start swimming lessons and we had a rocky start but all his worries and fears went away when we were blessed with Naisha as his coach. She is so kind, supportive, attentive, caring and above all, patient. As a parent, all I want is someone who makes my child feel safe and cared for while he’s not with me. She is an absolute asset to your team and we are very happy to have her coaching our son!

While we had a bit of a rocky start to our AquaTots experience, the staff has done an amazing job at fixing some of those issues. The communication has improved, the consistency in the staff has improved as well (we never knew who the coach was going to be in the beginning, and it was tough on the kids to find consistency and continuity).
I'd like to give a special shoutout to both Coach Josh and Coach Conner. Isla moved up to Level 4 with Coach Conner and he's been great so far (only a couple of lessons into the new level), but so far he's been really great and Isla seems to love the more advanced lessons.
Coach Josh is absolutely fantastic - we've worked with him for the longest time period, with both Isla and Cole really loving lessons with him in Level 3! He's so great and positive with the kids and the lessons really resonate.
Both coaches are great communicators each time we collect the kids after the lessons, and the positive reinforcement the kids receive goes a long way! Keep up the great work!!

I gave this score because the school consistently goes above and beyond. The staff is kind, professional, and great with the kids, and the instructors do a wonderful job creating a supportive environment.
I especially want to recognize Christine, the Level 3 teacher. Our younger daughter, who also takes classes here along with our older child, has recently developed a fear of deep water and had a meltdown before class. Christine handled the situation with patience, tenderness, and genuine care. She did everything she could to calm our daughter, build her confidence, and help her get comfortable enough to at least try the ring grab/deep dive activity.
A big thank you to Christine for her kindness and for going above and beyond for our daughter. It really meant a lot to us.

Its only been a few weeks and Ive seen so much progress in both of my kiddos. The staff is excellent!!!!!!!!

First of all I want to thank all the instructors and staff that works here !!! You guys do an amazing job all the time !!! Every single instructor my daughter has had has gone above and beyond for her to make her feel comfortable and to make sure she understands and enjoys her experience !!! Always clean and staff is always cleaning, everyone always goes out of there way to make us feel acknowledged and like a part of the aqua tots family instead of just customers !!!
I must say this is probably one of the best recreational environment my daughter has been in and she does multiple !!! Shout out to Samia, Kai, Leah, Darrian and Jerry and all the aqua tot family for an exceptional job !!! And as far as recommending I already have three people join there kids up because of the progress I have seen my daughter have and growth I will keep recommending to everyone !!!

Izzy is FANTASTIC! We are loving lessons with her. She is persistent in ensuring our daughter is meeting the goals she needs and taking the time to help her achieve her goals. Our daughter loves swimming with her.
