Under the new management there are clearly more safety regulations and procedures, and consistent employees.
Most of the teachers are great. We have had some experiences with teachers that did not feel like they were a great fit or that they had much interest in teaching swim. Zona is absolutely amazing. Our kids love her, and they gained the most skills while working with her.
I often time feel like in the toddler class, our child gets more out of it when there is a substitute then with the regular teacher.

I really love how my son is getting to know swimming. I have not complain for the new team, it looks they are improving but is not the same, we usually had the last team talk to you improvement or what your son needs to work with, they were so kind and extremely strict at the same time, it was the perfect balance for my son, new team is more shy? Well let’s see, at least yesterday my son told me he enjoyed, so maybe is adapting what we need, we have 2 years and My son really loves swimming.
The teachers are great with the kids and the water is warm so the kids are comfortable.

The staff is incredibly friendly & willing to help out. The facility is generally always clean.
The teachers are great, gives the parents great feedback, love that there is often at least one of not two lifeguards on duty to make sure the kids are safe.
Hit or miss with the swim teachers, but you know when you find one that cares and actually reaches to gain your child’s trust and helps them understand. Thankfully we’ve only had two bad experiences in the 2 years we’ve been here and they were quickly addressed! That’s two thumbs up in my opinion!

Swimtastic Swim School has been an amazing experience for both my toddler and me! The instructors are all fantastic—patient, kind, and incredibly skilled at making sure every student feels comfortable and confident in the water. My toddler has loved every class, and it's been wonderful to see her progress in a fun and safe environment.
As an adult, I decided to finally learn how to swim, and Swimtastic has made the process both enjoyable and empowering. The instructors are incredibly understanding and work at a pace that fits my comfort level, but also challenge me to build new skills. I can't recommend Swimtastic enough for both kids and adults—it’s never too late to learn how to swim!

They make sure everyone is on the same page with calls and monthly updates on our swimmers. Lots of days/times to allow for scheduling changes. Easy to access account.
