My children appreciate both warm and cool feedback. There are times when they’re only given warm feedback and not given cool feedback- this frustrates them as they desire to know what things they should be focused on improving.
We love Mr. Chris! He has helped my kids grow leaps in their swimming ability. There was a period of time when a couple of my kids didn’t want to swim anymore and he has made all the difference.

I enjoy talking to the staff at Swimtastic lavista! The teachers are also very friendly and well trained to teach the students.
Julian who is a timid swimmer has gained both confidence and skill in the water with his instructor. He has developed a trust and bond with her over the last several months. The layout of the pool and the small classes have also contributed to his success.

Best place anyone can imagine
I like the coaches: they are so friendly and good with kids. My kids love swimtastic, Staffs are nice too. But shower area is so limited for crowed place. As a mom of two boys, it is uncomfortable to take them to women’s bathroom and yet they are too young to go by themselves in men’s bathroom. Two shower rooms are always occupied. Can you give preference for shower rooms for parents with opposite gender kids to use? And can you have dryers? It is so cold in winter and needs dryer for swim suits and dryer for hair. Thank you
Small class size, systematic learning
The instructors truly make the difference at Swimtastic. My son has made huge improvements in his lessons with Mr. Brian. He absolutely loves going every week. My daughter also loves her classes with Brielle!
This is the BEST place to learn swim. They are the best.
I love how my kiddo’s teachers are always supportive, specific, and work to make the lessons fun and silly while still covering the important fundamentals and safety issues. A+++ for their attitudes and the attention they give to these students during classes.
Miscellaneous feedback I would love to see improved: Don’t let the dad bros listen to sports on full volume in the waiting room: they should use earbuds like everybody else who’s listening to something on their phones. Make sure there’s always water for the coffee maker. It is the magic elixir that transforms me from a zombie into a parent. Don’t let the clueless grandparents change diapers and change their toddlers’ clothes on the waiting room floor: make them go use a changing room like everybody else with kids.

Friendly staff, fun events, small classes
The instructor is patient with my child.
The instructors all seem really nice. Front desk is always helpful and happy to greet. It’s a comfortable area to sit and watch the kids swim. Our instructor right now in beginner 2 is Jaime, she seems really thorough and gentle, we like her. Our initial instructor in toddler and beginner 1 was Kate and of course she was always great. We did have one class with Sloane and she seemed fairly distracted/didn’t get through the kids as quickly as normal so it seemed like she didn’t get much interaction in that class at all, but could have just been an off night for her!
Tutor is very committed and teaches with enthusiasm. My daughter enjoys alot to come.

It is great to feedback after each lesson about my child's progress, what they are doing well and what they are still working on. I like the small class sizes and focus on safety.

We tried multiple swim class providers and my daughter likes Swimtastic the best. It is clean and comfortable and fun. The desk staff always greets us with a smile and often by name.
We love Swimtastics and all of their teachers and staff! It's a great place for kids to learn to swim and feel a part of a group of kids doing the same thing!
