We've had several different instructors as our child had progressed and our schedules have changed. We've been happy with them all specifically Becky, Bella, and Brielle. Each instructor had gives it child a specific aspect of swimming to work on. I appreciate that they take safety very seriously but also are kind and encouraging. The staff behind the desk also are incredibly helpful and greet us by name, specially the woman who checks us in Monday mornings (Megan, I think?).
Please let the women mentioned know that we are so thankful for them.
My kids look forward to swim lessons each week and they’ve learned so much and grown confident in the water which I love!

Staff is great!
My only complaint is we only get a 2 week token for missed classes. I prefer the previous option of a credit/refund for one class a session. Our schedule is far too busy to add a makeup class.

Malachi is my son's swim teacher and he is AMAZING with him and the other toddlers! He is patient and always giving high fives. Plus I've seen substantial improvement in my son's comfortability in the water. We spend a lot of time around water so I appreciate that the focus of lessons are on survival skills at this age.
Wyatt loves this place. He does get attached to a teacher and hates it when they are swapped out but understands that is going to happen. He learned so much and we feel so much better about him being safe around water. Highly recommend.
The teachers are so calm, patient, and encouraging for all of the kids. We have had good experiences with all of the instructors, but have our favorites as well. So even when my child moves up a level, we seek them out. Now that my child has moved up, the class size tends to be smaller so she gets to swim a lot! I’m impressed by what she can do. This makes me feel a lot more secure in her safety when she goes swimming in other places.

They take the time it needs for kids to feel settled in the water! My daughter loves coming to swim lessons, which was definitely not always the case.

Kristina is the best — she’s always happy to help and always follows through. Dominic is the perfect instructor. He is fun, knowledgeable, and doesn’t put up with any nonsense which is exactly what my rambunctious boys need!

The instructors are all very patient and caring and I like seeing the news skills as they are being introduced and practiced.
I love that my kids have small class sizes. The teachers do a great job of helping the kids gain comfort in the water and confidence in their skills! When our little one was sick, they gave us the opportunity to have to have a makeup class when he was better, which is really nice! We really love Splash N Tell time! The teacher is able to explain to us the skills that have been developed for each individual child, and then the kids get to show off their progress. Miss Hailey K is the best!
My child enjoys going every week. The teachers are so great and it's so fun to see my child's progress.
The teachers were friendly and so sweet with my son. The locker room/bathrooms were clean. The seating area was nice for viewing.

They really do a great job teaching at Swimtastic! Their techniques are really good and prove to work! All the staff & instructors are very nice, knowledgeable, and it shows that they care about the kids. My daughter has been there for 10 months & is so excited to go every time!
Our son Theodore has been going to Swimtastic since he was 9mo old. We've had nothing but a fantastic experience. His instructors have always been patient and caring. He loves coming to swim every week and we cannot wait to see him continue to grow in his swimming skills!
