I can bring the grand kids with me when I need to workout, and know that they are in a safe place. They enjoy being at the YMCA.

The yoga instruction on Tue/Thu 7am is an awesome way to start the day. Kalil is a fantastic leader... very engaging and professional.
Just started attending the 630am with Valerie and looking forward to her classes... she has a great process and easy to connect with.

Excellent staff and the best workout equipment not to mention their state of the art facilities! I love my YMCA Kennesaw it’s second to none! Classes are top notch and kid programs far exceed my expectations 😊

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I thoroughly enjoy the senior citizen classes. Each instructor’s regime is different and challenging. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the location is perfect.
