Timely
Friendly staff. Wide variety of classes with excellent instructors and flexible time slots. Good quality equipment.
It would be nice if an alternate plan can be made in the future for summer camp kids if it is too hot outside, so that adults who use the gym regularly for different activities don't get their workouts interrupted.
I just workout there. But super nice staff usually.
The Y is great. Helpful & friendly staff. Might want to consider a new pool heater as the old one goes out frequently. Also our mission statement is "“to put Christian principles into practice...." which should not include other agendas. Thanks, Haynes Parker
Instead of limiting the number of people in water aerobics to 20 on Monday and Wednesday at 9:10 ask the morning life guard to stay longer 1 hour to accommodate more people.
Everything
I like your several classes, especially classes taught by Leah. (really miss Misty's classes) I appreciate that some of the screens are down now between some cardio machines - hate that isolated feeling. Several people have told me that they are very glad that coffee is available now and they are trying to talk some people into returning. I do not generally stop for coffee but am glad some of my friends there are so glad - I think this is an important social thing for some of them. Thanks for that.
Probably the main negative is that several of the cardio machines are broken, and have been for a very long time. A couple still sort of work but are either very noisy or sort of "skip." I'm guessing it is hard to decide whether it is worth trying to repair an old machine.
Close to my home - air conditioned - very clean

very inclusive culture. no matter what your skill level or age, you are always welcome to partipate
