Love Water Book Camp. I had 3 fractures which healed quickly & no physical therapy. I also like Dana’s Y Burn class. I love that the Y is like a melting pot of all different people. All your staff are very helpful & friendly.

I mostly just use the equipment, but I like the people and facilities. There is a feeling of community, unlike a lot of commercial gyms.

Variety
I have been a member since 1997. Water exercises were recommended to relieve my arthritis pain. The pool at McClesky YMCA is clean & well supervised.

Although it is further away than the NE Y I make the trip there because you are very senior friendly. The Pickleball has been great. Al does a good job monitoring, giving everyone a chance to play with new partners. Diane also does a superb job of making us feel young again.

All are welcome; wide variety of classes with excellent instructors; treadmill and elliptical machines have individual TV’s; free coffee in the morning.
