Great sense of community fostered by the group exercise teachers!
Your aquatics facility was beautiful, with serious swimmers, excellent swimming etiquette and attentive lifeguards. Perfect water temp for my mile workout. So many friendly people! I loved having a separate sauna in the women's locker room!

I use the gym and I love the set up and the variety of equipment that is offered. Although I am not taking advantage of the programs at this time, I appreciate all of the choices

I love the pool. Most fitness centers don't have lifeguards and I love that the Y does. It gives me piece of mind for myself and others. I feel much safer at the Y than other fitness centers.

The Coach Approach
I was able to find fun things to keep me in shape, like pickleball, exercise classes, and the weight room, and also to interact with people.
They are offered at convenient times
I love love love that my kids can do Zumba and the parents can work out on Wednesday evening. They love the structure and purpose of a class much more than just being in the play center. This is such a wonderful feature.
I like the Total Body class on Sat morning at 8:30. The instructor is excellent!
We love the open swim lane for our kids & the variety of classes.

User friendly
My first impression at the McCleskey-East Cobb was very positive. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, offering me a tour of the facility and answering all of my questions. My intention was to get information, but was so pleased that I decided to become a member. I am now not just swinging, but also using the Coach Approach program at the gym.
The pool is very well run, clean, and with attentive lifeguards. The gym too is well maintained and with friendly staff.
I’m very pleased with my Y and plan to be a long time member.
I like cardiac exercise machines and their availability when I need them.
