They have everything you need for workouts indoors and outdoors. Also, free instructions for what is best for your workout journey. Plus, seniors and their workouts are supported for their body limits.
The swimming program 4 children is very, very good. I would recommend it for all parents.

I also enjoy the gym with a huge choice of weights and machines to work on. Then of course they always have activities going on. I really want to try their pickle ball sometime.
Wateraerobics, the best exercise for seniors. I also like the seniors get-togethers and all other events and activities. Great!
It has an inviting environment of caring specialisst and brings the customers to do the same for each other.
Variety
Your group exercise classes are led by knowledgeable individuals who are gifted in the action of motivating the class participants.
The Y’s awesome. Staff for the mist part is good — although Harry needs his old full time job back. Wish the locker rooms and bathrooms were detailed a little better as well. Tops of the lockers seem dusty. Stuff like that.
I was looking around for different gyms in the Newnan area, and was not having great experiences. When I visited the Y, one of the staff members offered me her free pass so I could have a free visit to try out the fitness center, which was very kind. I immediately fell in love with the facilities and got a membership that very night. The fitness center is clean, the equipment is high end, it is quiet and spaced out well, rules are upheld, and the natural lighting and big windows just makes me feel at peace there. I always feel welcome and comfortable and I look forward to coming each day now! I hope to get involved a little more and maybe trying some different programs in the future!
Instructors are kind, competent, and well trained. The Y offers a variety of experiences for all fitness levels. The atmosphere is comfortable for all fitness levels!!

There is such a wide variety of programs offered. The programs are set for any level.
I haven't attended any programme or activity but the facility is clean and machines are kept/maintained well. I like it.
I just joined two weeks ago so I have only been doing the water aerobics and water stability and balance classes. I love these classes and the instructors. They make working out fun and give ways to modify each exercise for all levels. My only negative comment is that the PA system for the water aerobics is poor (at least for Lisa W. As she’s led all the classes I’ve taken). It is very difficult to hear her clearly during a lot of the class. In fact, when another Y employee came yesterday with an announcement, she was very clear and loud without a PA system, even with the music still playing. But Lisa was still muffled. This is a minor complaint, though. Love Lisa and the classes!
Staff are always very welcoming and activities are very comprehensive. The place is very friendly for people who have young kids. Highly recommended!

Group classes
The c water exercise classes
Primarily the children's center. It allows my wife and I to workout while are children are being cared for by a trustworthy staff. The kids have a ton of fun too.
I swim mainly
The changing, restrooms and pool r kept so very clean! So important.
The guards r alert and always watching and friendly.
The front desk are patient, happy and genuinely courteous and interested in us, our issues if any.
Very pleasant place to be.
I’m so blessed to have such a nice facility close.
