Yoga, Pilates, spin and Barre fusion. I love Lorraine. She elevates the yoga experience at the Y.

I like the friendliness of my Y, Villages at Carver, though the new folks at the front desk aren’t calling by name, I.e. Ms. Reed, as previously. The group exercise program is coming along nicely and I always appreciate Angie’s interest in my ideas.

Great workout classes. The gym is never crowded so you can use the equipment. Staff is friendly.

Still.assessing. equipment in weight room needs to be the same vendor to sync with app. The LF app does not work on all equipment, the Y app does not work with all equipment or courses offered.

I love the water aerobics class with MRS.TJ SHE REALLY WORK US OUT IM SO GLAD IM A MEMBER I REALLY ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE ALONG WITH THE JACUZZI AND STEAM ROOM THE STAFF NICE AND FRIENDLY JUST NEED LOCKS FOR THE LOCKERS OVER ALL

There are a variety of programs to choose from, and the staff and trainers are so helpful. The Y is also a beautiful place for the whole entire family. Will continue to be a life long member!!!!!
