I love the activities for the Senior “Movers and Shakers” group. Cedric is an excellent teacher on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings.
The Y is convenient for me to reach, offers programs for me to participate in, a senior.
So I do love the facility and staff, but I wanted to provide feedback on two issues -
1) I wish you had earlier open times on Sunday similar or other locations (8am), we have found ourselves going to other locations because of this.
2) Keeping the door closed between the weights room and the aerobics classroom. Often the music is insanely loud and distracting. It makes it far less enjoyable listening to my own music or audio book.

Versatility and programs for all ages

I've been struggling to get back to the Y for my own fitness. I went on a Wednesday night for pilates and was greeted by a very nice person at the front desk--Immanuel maybe?
I was also pleased that the child care center is open until 8--this is so nice and will make it so much easier to attend classes!
I also attended a 715 pilates class--the instructor was very welcoming and supportive and the class was great.
Overall, this Y represents my expectations of my experience at the Y--welcoming, approachable, and meeting me and my family where we are. The facility was clean and well-kept, and again I find this to be an excellent value for my family's limited dollars!
I mostly come to use the gym. I like the facilities and the staff members are always kind and friendly.

Really like pool and water aerobics classes. Happy to see improvements coming with steam room fixed, hopefully hot tub is next?
Your pool is my favorite of all the Y indoor swimming pools in Alt. area.
It is just a bit cooler than the other swimming pools, which means it is why it is THE favorite for 30 minute plus swims.
I sure hope you keep the temperature where it is or even a LOWER temperature.
