I like that they have a variety of classes, I just wish they had more early AM classes that I could attend, like spin and body works, around 6:00 am. Otherwise I love the Y I have been a member for many years, in various states.

The classes are well structured. The instructors are organized and make you feel confident that you can do the exercises. They explain how the exercises can help each part of your body..

I enjoy Monday's Yoga Class with Kim. She is an excellent instructor. I credit my mobility improvement to Kim's active class. I only wish that she could instruct a second class, or someone else with her style of yoga. I also enjoy the up-to-date machines in the workout area.
