Hours of operation are convenient for most schedules. The staff is friendly and helpful. Programs are varied and appealing to all ages. Swim team and youth programs are great for the community.

These is a wide variety of programs throughout the day and night. Tge facility is always clean, and the staff is great!
We enjoy participating in Chair Yoga several times per week and Thai Chi (for my wife and I. The instructors are very professional and helpful and we feel that we are getting good physical training from them. WE also do classes at Cowart as fill-ins.

I dont do any of them mostly the weight room, I believe we should have dumbells around 110-120 as I and others already doing 100's other then that I enjoy the Halloween time and everything about it. My son also enjoys being in the play center

Very happy I joined. Friendly staff and members. Wish I joined years ago.
Have not participated in too many programs because of timing. Very badly wanted to take part in water aerobics, but could not take the cold temperature of the water. Have joined Life Long Learners but find it rather disorganized (although getting better). The weight room is very good-clean and well set up. We have made many friends there and that is a good factor.

I really like classes by Dominique. I also like that I can swim during the day.
