Appreciate the wellness center, both free weights and machines; but really wish a prone leg curl could be added back to the machine options. The seated one is stressful for knees and there are no other options for strengthening hamstrings.
Value the membership coordinator in particular--welcoming, upbeat, listens well, checks on and follows up with concerns

early morning Y Fit class is perfect for a before work workout. Even though I am now retired, I still attend the 5:50 a.m. class
I would like to see 1 Active Adults class each day Monday-Friday.
I don’t utilize the programs or activities but like the array of fitness equipment
I like the weight room, the indoor walking track, and the classes. Oh, and THANK YOU for extending the hours to 10 pm for weekdays! That is very helpful
The instructors are very knowledgeable and personable.
There are choices with different classes. Also, you don’t feel out of place there if you are an older person..

the pool is really clean and the swim team doesn't take up all the lanes like the alpharetta location

Great customer service and veey helpful
Water aerobics! However it’s a shame that we’ve lost several instructors and they aren’t replaced. We have a person who was certified in Michigan who wants to teach but is being told they’d need to recertify in GA Serbs crazy to have someone willing to teach but another state doesn’t qualify then. It’s very sad that we have more community volunteer classes - cancelled but we still do our own because we can’t get certified instructors. What are we paying our membership fees for?

I just use the weight room, but unlike any other facilities, there's adult supervision monitoring the area to ensure people are focused on their training and not using as a social gathering place. You have enough equipment and it's consistently kept in a operational state. The greeters at the desk and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
