The classes are all challenging and offer modifications that can be performed to accommodate different levels. The kids have also participated in seasonal sport offerings. Their experience has been positive.

There are a variety of programs/activities; with something for anyone willing to reach out and explore the available options. The "Y" does not come to your home and get you, but if you come through its doors, you will find something to meet your activity needs. In addition, once you're engaged, additional activities come along; such as guest speakers, outings, and notices of area events. The "Y" is great!.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the facility, it's extremely clean. The equipment is new and very well maintained. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. There are ALOT of programs throughout the day and weekends. I am new member and currently taking advantage of the weight loss program with the help of an amazing coach. I work full time and enjoy coming to the center in the evenings after work. The center can be busy but I never have an issue getting to use any equipment for my cardio workout. I just love this facility !!!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We are new residents to Covington and love having the YMCA within walking distance from our home. The staff is so helpful and the facilities are great! Looking forward to trying out some of the classes this summer.
