Our family loves the Covington YMCA!! It's a wonderful place to work out, take a class and connect with our community. Having a YMCA in Covington adds value to our lifestyle and helped us to choose Covington as our new home town.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the classes offered and the level of expertise the instructors show to help us perform the moves without injury. I love the comraderie between class and instructors. As a senior I participate in Be Active Live Longer activities-lunches, concerts, field trips. It’s all excellent.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We have taken swimming lessons at the YMCA and we absolutely LOVED them. When my granddaughter first started she couldn’t stand water in her face, after 2 weeks she was comfortable enough to jump in and go underwater briefly. The swimming lessons gave her so much confidence in the water. All of the instructors were great!

Wide range of activities in a friendly environment. People who work out are mostly serious about what they are doing, but at the same time very friendly.

The programs that I attend at the YMCA are very beneficial for my needs and the instructors and staff are very personable. I enjoy the family atosphere vs the well known gyms.
