The only thing I actually use is the pool, tho' I use it just about every other day. I appreciate that you've finally resolved the reservation system challenges you've had for the last several months. Also, I want to give a shout out to all the staff at Cowart (my primary branch). To a person they are personable. I'm always greeted when I arrive and often as I'm leaving.
There were several reasons I joined the YMCA in early February: The Y's participation in Medicare's AARP United Healthcare fitness program, and the weekday morning classes for seniors (e.g. Senor Strength). I have found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the members friendly and open. The instructors have also made me feel welcome.
The Senior Strength classes seem to be very full. Please consider adding more sessions of this type of class.
I haven't tried it yet, but I will start the Pickleball sessions as I become a little more fit.
I love that the programs are excellent and reasonably priced. The y is our favorite!
The convenience. I wish there were more high intensity workouts at 7:30 or 8:00 am

We love our local YMCA! Our family has had membership for 7 years, my husband and I use the fitness facilities, our son is thriving in after care and martial arts and as soon as there is something available for our daughter's age group we will sign her up for that.

The diversity of the classes. All age groups feel welcomed in the classes.
I am a member at a different Y, but on Saturday my granddaughter wanted to swim and the Cowart Family Y was close by. They were so welcoming and nice. We had a ball and we’re welcomed. Thanks.

Not involved with specific programs, but I am very pleased with the equipment and the availability of guidance when needed. Also, the members are a varied and quite interesting group. Staff is friendly and as helpful as is required.
