the coach friendly group classes are awesome
I enjoy using this Y because it has a low-key, quiet and relaxing environment with plenty of natural light. The space is kept very clean and the staff are always helpful, warm and welcoming.
As a senior who is just beginning a regular workout routine, I also appreciate the non-intimidating atmosphere — and the message written on the staff’s T-shirts, “You belong here,” is a nice encouragement. Thank you!

Can we please get a couple or a few additional benches in the mens locker room. We are definitely missing at least 3. Also when can we expect towel service to return. Pretty much my favorite feature of joining this YMCA

just getting started for myself but VERY impressed with the employees!
Affordable and high quality
class instructors are very good. most of the equipment in the open exercise floor are good. I would like to see classes extended to 50 minutes instead of 45 minutes.
Machines are always in good shape. The cleaning crew is excellent, the facility is spotless. Generally like the instructors, would like to see more Pilates.

The YMCA of Dunwoody is an ideal workout location for me with very friendly & knowledgeable staff & brand new exercise equipment that meets my needs.
Easy to access, really nice people! Gym is clean and rarely too crowded.

I use the wellness area. It is very well equipped and maintained. Staff is always available and very helpful when called upon to answer questions or advise on use of equipment.
I'm OK with the pool reservation system but ONLY if the lifeguards will help a swimmer whose
lane is being used by someone who did not sign up for it.
I have been often had this experience: I arrive for my reservation, but someone else is using
my lane. I go to the lifeguard and he or she asks me to just find another lane. But I then have
to swim knowing that I myself have likely taken over the lane of another person. That make me extremely nervous.
