Age appropriate classes
Great facility. Pool, spa, exercise room, and track are super. Most coaches are great. Friendly staff at front desk. Have not tried classes/activities in recent years.
Strength and yoga programs are very good. Teachers use different methods and not the same everyday! People are very friendly.
The Cowart Ashford YMCA offers many fitness classes throughout the week, and allows you to tailor your workout goals. Classes are fun and have a variety to choose from.
I love the classes and the friendly environment. The Y is a very welcoming environment for everyone.
Wonderful staff, great facility
It was my first visit. The facility is very nice and the staff was quite helpful. Additionally, my swim instructor is vey patient. It's worth the 30 mins drive to your facility.

I love the water aerobics classes, makes working out fun! Marcy on Tuesday and Wednesday nights has great workouts, as does Shawnee in the mornings and Laura on Sunday afternoon! Don't think I've been to a bad class yet though but these instructors are my favorites. The staff is also very friendly with great customer service. Joining the Y is one of the best decisions I've made for my health in a long time!
