My husband is your member and he loves the Cowart Family Y. He exercises three times a week and has made a great group of friends.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The personal training. Exactly what I needed. Basic, straightforward and exercises I can do anywhere. Also the daycare for our kids is essential. It enables our entire family to go to the gym and enjoy ourselves.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

All who work for the Y are professional and pleasant. Classes for seniors are great with top instructors. Also a great weight workout area. I gave a high recommendation to someone today.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Personally I love water aerobics. We have a friendly and established group on weekday mornings. Visitors/newbies are always welcome and the instructors, Shawnee and Sherrill, are dedicated and enthusiastic. The weight room is also a frequent stop for me, as is Pickleball in the gym.

I like that I can reserve a lane for the pool. The pool is good, lifeguards have been there even on the weekends.

It has great classes, great facility, in the wonderful pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the friendships. I have made there. I have been very pleased with the Cowart family Ashford Dunwoody, YMCA.
