The swimming pool is the best in class and we use that the most. Our daughter enjoys it thoroughly. The swim classes are great as well.

Everything was gust fine
The programs are of great variety and are spread out at good times to meet most people's needs. They definitely fit my needs. I feel that every day I have an opportunity to arrive and use the services/do the activities.
I like the indoor track. I especially like the friendly and helpful staff.
Environment is always bright, clean, inviting. Staff is very supportive, friendly and always willing to assist. I am an older member -- but really really appreciate the great support that the Y offers in the area of child care. I have been a member since I was 6 years old. I am now almost 70 -- so the Y has been an essential and important part of my entire life.
The programs here are Inclusive and affordable. As the parent of a neurodivergent child it gives me peace that he’s found a place where he can be himself, learn and have fun.
Better security to monitor the locker rooms. During my 1st visit I had the lock cut off of my locker and my items gone through. Nothing was stolen; however, someone else had the lock cut off as well the day before and only a report that was never followed up on was filed. Other than that it was great pleasure seeing the staff member from Sugarloaf there and the partitions still up!

Excellent water aquaerobics programs, friendly front desk staff. This YMCA went above and beyond to keep the Y open during the pandemic and keep everyone safe.
Great classes and pool
the only activity / program I actually use of yours is your pool (Cowart) but/and I'm pretty typically there every other day. I really appreciate the opportunity to reserve lanes. Even if/when you start to open it up for shared lanes, it is (would be) nice to know that I've got a spot before I drive down.
I like the range of activities and the freedom to sample classes without a commitment (I.e., tuition fee) to participate. I like the feeling of being on a campus with classrooms. I like the quiet (I.e., no blaring music as in sports clubs). I like the friendly, supportive, and competent staff. I like the full range of ages and skill levels of members.
You have lots of great programs that you offer and they are all really good.

I like the coach approach friendly classes and Zumba. I like the option to use the track, weights machines and other equipment any time during the day that I want to go. The coat is very affordable for my family.
