I am a regular in classes on Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday! Every instructor is good! I love the classes and the YMCA

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My Husband loves the fitness center. He is 94 years old, and the staff team treat him like their hero — always helpful and friendly. He has also made great friends with other members. Also very important, he remains very physically fit. The Cowart Family YMCA is an important part of his health snd happiness.

I play pickle-ball 4 times a week!
I am “addicted” to the game, I love the exercise, the competition, and the People.
The pickle-ball community that attends the COWART YMCA is Awesome, they are very friendly, helpful and always WELCOMING!!!!

I like the friendly pickle ball games.
I enjoyed Kristina’s Monday morning Pilates class. It’s the first I’ve taken. Check in staff very friendly registering us. Like online class registration.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y has the best staff and instructors - special shout out to Miki J and Helen V - they are amazing, love them. Also special shout out to the program staff - Patrick CJ and Deidra are the best - love working with them on the youth soccer program. Thanks!

The Support and Caring Spirit of the Staff is just wonderful. My family have been a member of the YMCA for 3 years. We feel like the staff is an extension of our family.

I like the quality of the equipment in the weight room, and that it's not too busy.
