Great classes with wonderful teachers

The programs offered are varied in strength and physical ability and as a senior I particularly appreciate the dance and yoga classes.
The Cowart YMCA has a particularly friendly vibe and I look forward to my classes each week.
I’ve only come as visitor and taken Zumba. Lloyd is fun and energetic.

Close to my home, close to Publix, you have a steam room, the workout machines are usually available, I attend the snack & chat occasionally.
Variety of program for seniors.
The amount of choices and so far, every instructor is great.
I like the convenience because of the hours activities are available. Also staff is very supportive and with a friendly helpful demeanor.

My favorite part of the facility is the pool. I use the pool about three times a week and I use the recumbent bike as well. I haven't used the track yet but I'm sure I will.
I play pickleball and have been welcomed by other members. Staff were helpful in introducing me to the facility and scheduling of activities
