I have been utilizing the pool almost everyday. I also like the hours during the week.

I only use the fitness equipment and the rooms and equipment are always clean and if there is a problem can usually find someone to help or answer questions.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really like the water aerobics and the good workouts they give you but I also like doing the machines. At almost 91 I need all the exercise I can get to stay fit and the YMCA has it all.

Great Aqua Zumba classes and Aqua Aerobics classes. Just not enough instructors!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love that everything always to be in order and especially the cleanliness. And there is always staff around and they are actually pleasant . I feel they actually love their jobs and I feel like I am at home while I'm there. I have only been a member for 4 weeks and I spend at least 2 hours there a day mon-fri . I actually look forward to going there. It's the bomb .I'm actually enjoying retirement now. People are just so polite it's like a parallel universe to the reality of real world.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I truly like and enjoy chair yoga and senior strength because it's caatered to seniors like me.
I also enjoy water aerobics class that provides excellent exercises.

I heard you used to have Tai Chi class. Is it possible to offer that class again? I'm sure a lot of seniors will appreciate that.

Thank you for giving us a well organized schedule of activities and friendly and knowledgeable instructors that make coming to YMCA in Gwinnette fun and worthwhile.
