The best place for your family
I love the activities for seniors; but there are not sections (e.g. chair yoga and strength building).
The people at front are super, nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about what the facility has to offer. I really do hope it stays this way.☺️

The fact that l can choose the programs that will fit my needs is what l like the most. I do however wish that water aerobics was an option open to me after 5:00 PM.

I don't participate in any of the programs. I like the fact that it is a peaceful place to do my exercise and also swim in a not crowded swimming pool.

I love the classes and the family atmosphere.
It would be great if the free weight room could be expanded. There is never enough room in there to work out efficiently without disturbing someone else.
I love both weight rooms. However, I really miss cable Tv in the cardio room. It is hard for me to stick to my program without it.
I like the use of the various pieces of equipment that you have, they keep me in shape. I couldn't continue for the last two years because of the Covid-19 pandemic but I will be coming more often this time. The exercises relieve my chronic back pains.

First year with a YMCA and I have only signed up for swimm lessons for my 8year old and so far it’s been great. Hopefully I can look into more activities and workouts when I get the time.
A lot of activities are catered to senior citizens like me and I truly appreciate that.

My main activity are swimming, weight training and strength training. I like that I can reserve the swim lanes, there is antiquate machines in the cardio room and I never have to wait for a machine when I am strength training
