I like the exercise classes for seniors. The instructors are personable, skilled and give clear instructions. I especially appreciate the reminders not exercise beyond my capacity.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y has exercise classes that have been beneficial for my health. The staff members at the Decatur Family YMCA where I visit six days a week when I'm in town, have always been helpful and cheerful. The members I interact with are friendly and cooperative which is an indication of the good and pleasant atmosphere the Y provides for its members and the community in general.

I love the pool for swimming laps and you have some excellent yoga teachers. The trainers are all very welcoming and helpful.
