Classes for adults and children
My husband and I really like the diverse types of group exercise offered and appropriate for all age groups. He enjoys swimming and water aerobics, and I like Zumba and yoga. I particularly have liked learning to play Pickleball under the tutelage of Dave—and love the sense of community among the players. The Decatur Y is a real asset to the area!
I think the classes--frequency and schedule are great. The teachers are all fun and very good at instruction.

I participate in swimming and must tell you that the staff at the pool and the lockerrooms are the most friendly and caring people......plus it is very clean.....otherwise it would be just a nice new faciliity. The staff makes the difference.....

The play center is the absolute BEST! Ms. Mary and her staff are wonderful caregivers. The play center is always clean and fun. My children love to go and it helps me stay healthy and happy, too!
