I love the friendly atmosphere, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, clean and roomy locker room and great equipment. There are activities for every age group and fitness level. What a great place to be a member!

I learned a lot from the Coach Approach program. Joanna is very kind and helpful for a beginner like me.

The daycare is also great and neccessary for me to be able to work out. Ms. Mary and is knowledgeable, warm, reassuring. Secretrina has also been exceptionally helpful and getting my 2 year old used to being apart from me.

Finally the front desk staff is always cheerful and welcoming which i really appreciate. Really, all of the staff is really upbeat and friendly. You can ask any random staff member a random question and they will help you out with a smile. I love the welcoming enviroment.
