Spin classes are great! It does get really sticky in that room though. Maybe a portable dehumidifier/AC unit would help.

Everything! All your people are so kind, professional and willing to help that you make visitors feel great. Also, the instructors are very well prepared and know very well how to teach to the kids.

Good variety of classes and wonderful instructors. Love the senior fitness it is a serious workout. I like that there is a wide variety of yoga classes depending on your needs. So glad there is tai chi would love to try pickle ball someday when/if you get it available

It’s clean, friendly and has so many classes. Plus, the childcare is a wonderful option and it is well run.

I like how the front area staff are so friendly and greet me on the way in and out. I really like the group exercise, especially body pump and Maggie’s class.
