I go to Southwest YMCA 5 times a week to keep my body in shape and to talk to the many friends that I have met there in classes. The instructors of the classes that I take are excellent in what they teach. I especially like the Bar Fit and Pilates classes with Emily as she changes it every week to keep it more interesting and fun to do.
I enjoy Rebecca Berryman’s classes.
I enjoy swimming in the outdoors pool. I like the fact that it is heated year around and well maintained.

The outdoor lap pool is great and people are so friendly. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because the showers in the women’s outdoor locker room don’t work.

Love the staff. So friendly and helpful. Love the amenities, especially pools and hot tub and sauna. I also like the classes. They’re really motivating

I love Rebecca's Nia dance class and gentle yoga classes. She is a fabulous teacher who also has a great sense of humor. It is fun to work out and laugh at the same time. She also gives health tips along the way.
I like the various classes but wish they had more afternoon and evening classes. Also, better website for motionvibe .. it's hard to access
Great equipment, Clean space and well controled temperature, great indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Great gym space.

I like that the Southwest Y has a Sauna, 2 FAMILY restrooms, and Several Treadmills to use. If my kids were younger, I would love to make use of their childcare services.

I have taken classes from 2 of the best yoga teachers: Rebecca Berryman and Brannin Lancaster. They are aware of their students and instruct to their need and level.
Assortment of classes and times.
The employees are very helpful with showing you the proper way to use the equipment and what parts of the body are being targeted. The cleanliness and atmosphere is great.
The staff is great! The facility is clean and they have great options for classes throughout the week.
