I love the classes. Particularly yoga, NIA and Zumba
I am especially fond of the dry sauna.
The variety of programs allows me to mix up activities as well as try new ones. The new machines is the gym have added more options for my strength training program.
Great facility, meets all my needs. Really like how it is more than a workout facility with your community outreach, especially for kids.
I enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the southwest YMCA as I use the exercise equipment and the upstairs walking track. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The ladies that keep the facility clean are exceptional. They are constantly busy. I hope they are well paid for their work.
My only complaint is that many people "hog an exercise machine" as they sit and use their cell phone for more than 5 minutes without exercising. The facility should post a sign with the policy "Respect other members who seriously exercise and wait for someone using their cell phone to vacate the machine. Get off the machine to use your cell phone." Surely, the YMCA Board can create a meaningful policy to minimize cell phone use. I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND APPROVES A CELL PHONE USE POLICY. Staff are friendly and efficient
The Zumba class is fun but I get a workout. I would like a class that’s is one step slower. Also the music is too loud. My watch says it’s too loud. I know for young people it’s great but I am 74.
I do not want this shared. I responded hoping you may find a teacher that may be willing to the above. Again the class I have gone to is great but not for people that are older.
Love indoor track. Have not participatee enough in classes but glad they are available. Weights are good.
Senior classes. We could use more aerobic senior classes like Shauna teaches.
I regularly use the outdoor lap pool and gym.
Locker room could use some updates. I love the outdoor showers though that area is also in need of some work.
Overall, very happy to me a Y member and for the SW Y to be close to us.
I like working out with friends, good instructors, clean areas.
I LOVE my Senior Strength class with Shauna B. Everyone is super friendly and we get a great workout.
All programs are family oriented.

Accessibility for the whole family, especially for parents with littles that take them everywhere we go. Trusted child watch and amazing facilities.

Clean gym, nice people, fun classes
Like the les mills classes, hope you continue to offer more les mills, more often on more days so classes are less crowded.
I do not like being ignored when I walk in the front door by the welcome desk person who is too busy chatting with another employee.
Would appreciate if the side door was open again to exit.

I enjoy almost everything about the Southwest YMCA. I love Body Combat classes.

The stag and facilities are friendly and accessible. Classes are frequent and varied with qualified instructors.

Mes rest roorm need more ventilation smells pretty bad most of the time. But is clean.
