Classes and outdoor pool
One of the greatest assets is Rebecca Berryman. Her classes are always well presented and targets the best level of activity.

The one class I have taken was excellent and I will continue to attend, the app makes it easy to sign up for classes, the staff is helpful and friendly, the equipment is in good shape, the gym and facilities are clean, and I love the indoor walking track.
I love, love, love the outdoor pool.
And I have great respect for all the Y does for people of all ages and capabilities. It is a happy place.

The sauna is delightful. I was really enjoying tai chi and chi gong until I injured my arm unrelated to the class. As soon as I am released by my physical therapist I will go back to my classes. Thank you

Lots of good activities - but maintenance could be better - especially the indoor pool (has had problems with the heater several times since the first of the year making it difficult for the arthritis classes to be held (the elderly and people with arthritis are especially sensitive to cold and the Arthritis Foundation recommends a minimum temperature). The shower to rinse off before entering the pool leaks and wasn't working at all this week. Lights are out in the women's dressing room.

Both of our kid have improved their swimming skills so much with the Southwest YMCA lessons. The teachers are so patient, great with kids, and really know what they’re doing. We love the community of families we have met through lessons here as well!
