I love Dawn’s Zumba classes and Celeste’s sound baths! They bring a wonderful energy to each class.
I would love to see more classes offered after 5:30 pm on Fridays and on early weekend mornings (8 am).

The swim instructors are very caring and sweet with the kids. They take a gentle approach which understands each child’s comfort level in the water. Basic skills are taught, and some fun games mixed in.
Warm outdoor swimming pool rocks!
We were very pleased with all of the staff involved with the program. We felt they were very knowledgeable and related well to the children. We would recommend this program.
I love that it’s family friendly and I can workout while my daughter is having fun at the daycare. Everyone is also very friendly.

Maggie Carter is a great teacher and I really enjoy the aqua fit class. The front desk staff was very helpful when I walked in last week and had lost my entry card. The young woman even helped me change my profile on my phone to the new entry card. Everyone I have encountered so far has been helpful and kind while interacting with me.

I love that the Y is for everyone – people of every race, age, income, size, ability, EVERYONE. The yoga classes are great. Personal Trainer Gary really helped me build my strength without injury. After 8 sessions with him, I am stronger and I no longer have knee pain! My son loved his youth basketball sessions at the Y and now he is loving playing youth soccer through the Y. My whole family loves the Y!!!
