Megan our instructor for the Water Zumba class is wonderful. She is extremely dedicated to her work and the makes the class very enjoyable. Before I stared the class I had difficulty walking normally and climbing stairs. After one year of taking classes 3 times a week I am now able to play basketball and walk without difficulty. It has been very helpful in restoring my mobility.

I like the friendly atmosphere. The gym is spaces with good equipment. The pools are clean.
Meeting knew people, water activity is awesome,,good trainer too. Work at your own pace, too many fun things to do.

I love that the Y at Oak Hill has an outdoor pool and has recently replaced the weight machines with new ones.
I love my personal trainer Kate. She is so knowledgeable in many areas and has helped me achieve my health and wellness goals. Kate’s yoga classes are improving stiffness in my hips and shoulders. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have met new friends and we encourage each other to keep working toward our individual goals.
The staff are kind and attentive.
Track and staff
Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor pool when it’s not sunny. Haven’t used and programs or other activities yet but I may start walking on the track when the weather is cold or rainy. Thinking about swimming lessons.
The facility is clean. I focus my time at BodyPump and swimming laps. The majority of the BodyPump instructors are excellent.
I love that the Y is for everyone – people of every race, age, income, size, ability, EVERYONE. The yoga classes are great. Personal Trainer Gary really helped me build my strength without injury. After 8 sessions with him, I am stronger and I no longer have knee pain! My son loved his youth basketball sessions at the Y and now he is loving playing youth soccer through the Y. My whole family loves the Y!!!

Love the classes that Kate Holmes leads - they contain many emotional and spiritual gifts beyond body health.
Also, everyone at the front counter is always cheerful and helpful!
It’s a quiet place to workout….upstairs. And much warmer and comfortable as well.

I just started attending the healthy for life class, and it’s a perfect pace for my skill level. The instructor starts promptly and we finish in an hour.
