Feels like family!
My girls love the dance and gymnastics and karate.
One request which is probably totally not doable and sort of silly but why not ask :) my girls prefer I stay in the activities building when they do gymnastics and dance which is totally fine, I do like to watch them. But I know a lot of other parents use that time to work out. I wonder if it would be possible to put in the activities building a few stationary bikes that may not be in use so us parents watching our kids could also burn a few calories at the same time :) just a thought!
But yes my kids enjoy it!

The strength classes are fun and challenging.I am much stronger than before I joined, which is important as we age. The classes become friends and there is a sense of getting better together!

I would love if you would allow the group fitness rooms to remain unlocked when no classes are in session. It gives more quiet workout spaces when the few mat-appropriate spots on the weight room floor are being used.
Great youth sports programs and an amazing childcare facility and staff!
This was my daughter's first time playing basketball, and the program and the coaches were perfect. She felt supported, she was given room to grow, and she felt like part of the team. Coach Ben and Coach Bart gave her incredible support throughout the season and really boosted her confidence and skill. And most importantly she had an absolute blast playing.
