Enjoy group exercises, water exercises and how clean the gym is. Ladies at the front counter always friendly and courteous.

I enjoy the 8:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday water aerobic classes. The instructors are personable and the Friday instructor is good. She is enthusiastic, varies the routine which prevents boredom, and energetic. More important to me, the music is not blaring!
I love the 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday yoga classes taught by Helena. She is an excellent yoga teacher --demonstrates and watches and answers questions. I started taking yoga classes at Yoga, Yoga seventeen years ago so I can appreciate her expertise. Instructors of her caliber are few because she focuses on the "students" as opposed to doing her thing and having the class try to keep up with her.
I greatly miss Kendra's water aerobic class as she is a fantastic instructor. I have only made her 6:00 a.m. class once.
I like the swimming pool.
I am so happy to have a community here! Having the availability of child watch has been life changing for me, as a stay at home Mom, to be able to make exercising a regular part of my life. The selection of group exercise classes is great, and Partner's Night Out is a bonus! The staff is phenomenal!!!

i like the senior group that meets. Jenn Malgrove does an excellent job trying to have interesting programs. The Enhanced Fitness program is a lot of fun as well as a workout. Tina Lovelace Ross teaches an awesome chair yoga class on Mondays. Tina used to teach a water zumba class that I wish still existed I am looking forward to taking the water tai chi classes and the power water class The NORTH YMCA is very important to me

Hello I love all your programs and activitys I would like to suggest if your trainers couldn't let the other members turn off the fans because not everyone are the same. Some like getting cooler air in workouts specialy if its cardio
Water aerobics. Overall more space for working out and other activities than the East Communities Y.
The North Austin YMCA has a real gem in Vinita Berry who teaches a special yoga class there on Monday evenings. Her class is amazing and she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She's the best yoga instructor I've ever had. Please make sure you keep her!

Great programs for kids and clean and bright facility. Our first time there and we loved it!
