Great fatmosphere, equipment, cleanliness, classes
I benefit from and enjoy the aqua exercise and cardio classes. Through participation in these classes, I am able work on muscle strength and endurance while not placing undue stress on my joints.
I don’t participate in the activities or programs.
I enjoy the pool and the recumbent bike. I also enjoy the friendliness of the staff. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the building.
I like the child watch program. My 2 year old daughter really likes the staff. I took part in a spinning class, and it was fun as well as challenging.

The pool is nice and clean and all life guards are on it. Everyone is helpful and professional. Such a friendly atmosphere at this YMCA. The front desk is full of smiles and information! I just love it!
The instructional pool is great for my 2-3x a week exercise. The depth is great for the series of exercises that I've developed. The temperature is also comfortable for year round exercise. After my exercise I follow up a few minutes in the hot tub.
This time is very helpful for both my physical and mental health.

I love the group exercise instructors and the sense of community I feel as I attend classes regularly! It a friendly space with the equipment I need and a welcoming environment. I look forward to going to the Y and that's helping to keep me healthy, happy and fit!

Friendly staff and great location
I love the swimming pool and the guards. I love the people that greet you when you walk in and leave. I love how the Y is inclusive, and I enjoy the diversity of the people. I love the whole vibe of the Y.
