I appreciate the time of the strokes class that I am taking. It is scheduled at the a time that fits my work schedule. Additionally since it is 2 times a week vs. just once a week, the instruction & feedback I get in class help me to correct and improve more effectively.
The area of improvement I would suggest is the matching the number of lanes to the number of class attendees. One lane for 4 or more participants feels a bit tight.
The facility is clean and comfortable. Machines are well maintained and easy to learn to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the pools are fabulous. I'm really glad I joined the Y and will happily return for a long time.

I only use the pool on Fridays, but love it.
Swimming pool, hot tub, yoga stretching classes. I haven’t taken the yoga yet but I plan on it.
Love the water aerobics!
We appear at the Y nearly every weekday morning. We enjoy the pool for lap-swimming and water aerobics. We enjoy the exercise facilities and yoga classes.
And we appreciate the occasions to get together with other seniors.

The Senior potlucks and trips are great ways to build a sense of community among the people who attend. I attend water aerobics on Monday and Wednesday mornings and yoga on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. On Fridays I work-out on the weight machines or attend the new 9:30 a.m. Senior exercise class.
I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their work ethic. The facility is looking very clean and each one of us must encourage members to be responsible about doing our part in maintaining a nice and clean facility and grounds.
More classes have been added given us expanded choices!

Very clean gym with great equipment. I do think it needs a few more barbell weights as both I and a few other people were searching for what we needed.

I continue to regain my stamina and strength. I trip easily so walking in the lap pool is helping me without the worry of another fall. The cardio and tai chi classes are my favorite with Elaina on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15. Thank you Elaina for the awesome classes!

We’ve had good experiences with swimming lessons, and I appreciate that the gym is full of people with all levels of experience, and of all ages and abilities. It creates a comfortable environment for exercise. The class schedule on the weekends has been pared down since the pandemic which has been hard, but I recognize there are likely staffing & capacity issues.
I swim there only. Hope to activities in future.
