I had been to the Marina location before and was blown away by how much bigger and nicer the Nob Hill studio was! I’ve been going to CP for a few years now in DC but am moving out to SF soon and am glad to have experienced the Nob Hill location!

I typically practice in LA (Wilshire) but was in San Francisco for 12 days recently. I love the multiple locations. Nob Hill was nice, a very friendly staff and great teacher (class).

The competent ladies who teach C1, which is the class I attend, are helpful and reassuring. The facility is clean. Classes are on time. It's a good place to practice.

Love the classes and the workout. The instructors are great and they will modify the workouts if you aren’t able to do specific movements. No pressure. You get a great workout!
