This location is my favorite in SF - very high quality C2s that I have taken on 3 different occasions, and Tamara is the best YS instructor in SF.
I love the heated yoga and the choreographed yoga moves. Makes it easy for all levels to get a great workout.

I really love your classes. The instructors are great and there’s more upbeat energy than your average yoga class.
The sweat smell is pretty strong when you walk in the front door, and the classes are expensive (reasons for a 9, not 10)

Nikita is a great instructor. She's clear in her instruction and motivates me to push beyond my limits. The class leaves me feeling mentally and physically restored.

The class I took was great: excellent instructor, great pace, well "explained" (which not every instructor does, but I really appreciate it), etc.
I absolutely love the Duboce studio. The only feedback is that the new roof heating is a tad over-powering

This was my first class! I really enjoyed the instructor, the facilities, and the attention to details. I felt challenged but still really calm throughout the entire class. Would definitely recommend!
