Classes and teachers are great! A little crowded after work. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly to me as a first timer.
I love all the core power classes, but one piece of feedback: teachers need to TURN OFF the music during shavasana. It's really hard to let yourself fully wind down when there's still noise in the background. Everyone has so much stimulation in their world all day long, a few moments of pure silence are so so valuable!

I love Corepower-- from sculpt to C2, it's such a great workout. I do wish I had a bit more of a cardio option worked in but I get that by mixing in a spin class or short jog.

I think the class I took was this girl's first class and it was AWESOME. Hardest sculpt class I've ever taken, in the best way. Good combination of cardio, arms, abs and legs. Definitely would take it again.
