Taylor is hands down one of the best yoga teachers i have ever taken a class with. Great energy, amazing flow, and incredible playlist. The studio was super clean and very covid safe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Tiffany (instructor) is fantastic! She's warm and personable, great direction, positive energy and good music/sequence -- it was a tough workout, but she kept everyone motivated. The Studio manager was also really kind and welcoming -- I didn't catch his name, but he was gracious and patient.

I like the whole experience. The heat is the best part for me.
Would definitely recommend but there was a C2 last Wednesday (July 2) at 5:30pm, I believe, that was WAY overbooked. It was ridiculous-- there wasn't even a spot for the teacher to have a mat. I hope CorePower is not going in the direction of cramming as many people as possible into classes.
